

Nathaniel Nolan is a skilled attorney with broad experience across family law, government practice, real estate, title, and land services. He brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to legal work, shaped by years of hands-on litigation, transactional, and property-related experience in both public and private roles.
Nathaniel is licensed in Oklahoma, Indiana, and the Cherokee Nation, and has represented clients in a wide range of matters, including family law cases, child welfare proceedings, and real estate and property-related issues. His work has included drafting pleadings and settlement agreements, preparing witnesses, appearing in court, and managing cases through trial-level resolution.
Before joining Jones Property Law, Nathaniel served as an attorney for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, where he represented clients in divorce, custody, and child support matters. He also spent several years representing the State of Indiana in Child in Need of Services (CHINS) and termination of parental rights cases, handling all phases of litigation from investigation through trial.
In addition to his legal practice, Nathaniel has significant real-world property experience. He previously owned and operated a real estate investment company, acquiring, leasing, renovating, and selling residential properties, and managing rental portfolios. He has also worked extensively as a landman in oil and gas title work, researching and analyzing title records, preparing ownership reports, and managing due diligence projects.
Nathaniel earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. His background in litigation, property ownership, title research, and business operations allows him to approach client matters with both legal precision and practical judgment.
