I was on the search for a good real estate attorney to help with a sale contract. So off to Google I went to start my search. I had reached out to a few attorneys at other firms who either took several days to call back, didn’t get back to me at all, or had outrageous fees. I started to get frustrated. I originally spoke to Sid and explained my very complex title situation, he assured me they could help and sent me over to Luke Luker. Luke was able to unravel the nightmare we had on a mobile home title that had an old uncleared lien on it from a company that had been sold multiple times. The title also needed to be cancelled into real property, and the original title owner was deceased. It took a few months, but he got it done. I am very satisfied with Luke's work I would definitely use them again.

My rating for Jones Property Law may be long overdue, but I hope they can forgive my tardiness. On July 2022, I closed on a parcel of land that I had contracted back in April of 2021. However, due to an unfortunate cloud on title, in order for our company to close on the property and obtain the appropriate title insurance coverage, said property would have to be free and clear of any title encumbrances thereof. In working with attorney Dakota Wrinkle, I can undoubtedly vouch for his patience, his professionalism, and his willingness to see the job done when all efforts had supposedly been exhausted in seeking a resolution. Dakota's persistence and determination (he even traveled from Dallas to Bastrop County), was evident when, after receiving a favorable ruling from the courts, he was able to mediate and salvage a potential fallout of the transaction by laying out pros/cons that were favorable to both parties. In summary, Dakota was by-far the best choice for our company when it came to resolving titling issues for property located in Texas and we could not recommend him enough for your real estate needs!

I was extremely pleased and surprised how quickly Jones Property Law stepped in to resolve my issue on an "extremely" short time line. I received a commercial lease agreement for new office space on Friday. I spent Friday and Saturday reading throught the 40 page document and realized I had many questions I needed an attorney experienced in property law to guide me with. The problem I faced was I had a meeting scheduled with the new commercial property landlord on Monday afternoon. I reached out to Jones Property Law via email on Sunday evening explaining my dilemma. I was shocked when I received an email back early Monday morning inidicating yes they could help me even on my short time line. J.T. Stevenson took my case, contacted me immediatelyl. I emailed him the contract and the two pages of questions I had typed up. He said he would get the contract reviewed with his comments addressing my questions and any additional questions he might have back to me prior to my 3:00 meeting. J.T. did exactly as he indicated. He sent his typed document with responses to me just prior to my meeting so I had time to review. I felt I was prepared to meet and discuss the Lease Agreement questions I had. Having an attorney experienced in property law review the lease agreement and provide his comments/concerns gave me great peace of mind. J.T. indicated he would be reviewing the lease agreement one more time to be certain he did not miss anything which he did and confirmed he had no new concerns. My meeting was very successful, the commercial landlord was willing to incorporate all of my requests into the final document. J.T. did follow up and wanted to know how my meeting went.I am still shocked this request of mine could be addressed in less than 24 hours? Quite honestly I was very surprised at the quick response that I received from Ryan when I called and requested an initial phone conference. In fact, it was so highly unusual that my call was actually received by a "live" person, on the weekend and I was able to relay my message. Contacted them to get an issue resolved involving land that was fenced in with my property but not technically part of my land. They had to go to four different parties to get them to sign away rights or not contest the property take over. It took a lot of work on their behalf but they did a great job. We took control of the land with a Judge signing off. This was a big load off my mind and we can now build on the property.They updated me regularly throughout the process and were responsive to any questions I had.

Ryan Jones represented both myself and my husband concerning a foreclosure on our home. When we first initially spoke Mr Jones he was very polite , understanding and detailed orientated . He took his time and made sure he had all the facts concerning our case. This was an international bank and some very tough people to deal with , Mr Jones was able to negotiate with them and clear our concerns about the proceedings. Mr Jones was able to get the bank to settle the foreclosure and keep us in our home. This was not a typical foreclosure and very difficult situation concerning the terms which resulted in a modification ! We were very very pleased with Mr Jones , we would recommend him any day and twice on sunday.
