Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

If we obtain assets on your behalf, those assets will be applied to satisfy any remaining amount due. Otherwise, the payment plan will continue until all fees and costs are paid in full. If our representation is terminated for any reason, the payment plan and fee obligations will continue until any amounts due are paid in full. By accepting a payment plan, you agree to keep a valid payment method on autopay with our firm for the duration of the payment plan. If there are changes to your credit/debit card or bank account, it is your responsibility to let us know, so that we can update your payments accordingly. You authorize the regularly scheduled charges to your bank account, credit card, or debit card with no prior notification (other than this agreement. You agree that this authorization will remain in effect until all amounts due and owing on your account are paid in full. You will notify us in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled payment date. You agree if payment is not made according to this authorization, or payment is rejected because of insufficient funds, we may, within the rules of professional conduct, suspend work on your case until all amounts due and owed are paid in full. You are an authorized user of this credit card or bank account and will not dispute on your financial account amounts charged or owed under this agreement unless they exceed the authorization limits agreed to in this document.

Our invoices will not correspond to the timing of the payment plan, but we will provide periodic invoices to show work performed You may still receive invoices by email which show the work being performed, and at times the invoices may show a total amount due greater than your recurring payments. These invoices are provided for your records, but you are only required to make the agreed recurring payments, unless we inform you otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel a payment plan if the scope of work changes, in which case we may require payment as work is performed.
