Tim is an Oklahoma-licensed attorney practicing primarily in real property law, including estate planning, probate, real estate transactions, title and deed work, and entity formation. He brings a careful, methodical approach to each matter, emphasizing precision, clarity, and practical outcomes.
He began his legal career in the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained substantial experience in courtroom procedure, high-volume caseload management, and decision-making under pressure. That background makes him comfortable in contested matters and fluent in court processes while also preserving a high level of civility and professionalism.
Before law school, Tim worked in hospitality and in HOA-governed operations, providing practical insight into community-based property issues and client service expectations. He is particularly drawn to matters involving long-term stewardship of property, business formation, and planning for future generations.
Tim is deliberate, composed, and client-focused in his work. He takes time to understand the full context of each client’s situation, explains legal issues clearly, and advances matters efficiently while balancing professionalism, empathy, and firm advocacy.
Representative matters include regular court appearances in a fast-paced district court setting; drafting and closing full seller-financed documentation for a time-sensitive for-sale-by-owner transaction; structuring LLCs and transferring multiple rental properties into those entities; and renegotiating residential real estate contracts to materially improve client protections.
Tim grew up in a large extended family and now calls Oklahoma home, where he lives with his beautiful wife and their dog, Teddie. He credits his wife as a constant source of meaning, grounding and support with his growing family as the primary place where sacrifice and service are learned and lived out.
Outside the office, Tim enjoys reading, hiking, tennis, disc golf, piano, tinkering with projects, experimental cooking, and using humor—often dad-jokes—to make people feel welcomed and at ease.
A favorite quote that captures his philosophy is from Archilochus:
“We don’t rise to the level of our expectations; we fall to the level of our training.”
Tim is actively engaged in his local church, tennis community, and neighborhood networks. He values community as a place of shared responsibility, service, and personal growth, and approaches relationships with intentionality and care.
