Our small business was having issues with our landlord of 8 years on property maintenance charges being applied well above our lease agreement. Upon a review of our lease and the charges being applied, Zachary Privott with Jones Property Law, quickly addressed the issue with the Landlord. The landlord acknowledged their error and the matter was quickly settled. Prior to engaging Mr. Privott, the landlord was ignoring our own attempts for the past 2 months to communicate the issue and we were getting no results or any indication from the landlord they were reviewing our communications.

I retained Ryan Jones as my attorney. From the very beginning he was great. Always promptly returned phone calls and emails. Ryan is not like other attorneys I have retained. He didn’t talk down to me. He explained things in detail and he had a lot of patience while I worked through some issues. Ryan was the one who called me or emailed me back. Most attorneys I have retained don’t personally call or email you back, they usually have someone in their office call back. Ryan also made suggestions that helped me save money and time. He was absolutely the best attorney I’ve ever retained. I felt at ease knowing that he was on top of everything that was going on with my case. Wished more attorneys were like Ryan.

We had a great experience with Jones Law. In May 2025 we completed a private sale of our home in Oklahoma county without a real estate agent. Searching the internet my wife discovered Jones Property Law. We contacted them and signed up for a free consultation with Syd. Five minutes into the conversation we were impressed and felt totally at ease with them. This was the best decision we made. We were taken care of by attorney JT Stevenson for our transaction. He was great to work with (and we were a bit of a difficult customer). They know property law and clearly they know how to quickly and efficiently get everything done. All our questions were clearly answered in language we understood. The documents we needed were drawn up accurately and we were able to quickly get several items customized to our special needs (we owner financed which requires extra documents). JT interfaced with the title company to get everything finalized and filed at the courthouse. At the start he read the buyer's contract offer and made sure we were being treated fairly. Everything got done correctly and in plenty of time. We couldn't have asked for better professional service, they performed well at the top level of our expectations. To begin with their billing rate sounded pricey, in the end the total cost was very reasonable and I felt that we got a bargain. We couldn't have been more pleased. It was really smart (and lucky) to hire a firm that specialized in property transactions. You would have a hard time finding someone better to represent you.

I was on the search for a good real estate attorney to help with a sale contract. So off to Google I went to start my search. I had reached out to a few attorneys at other firms who either took several days to call back, didn’t get back to me at all, or had outrageous fees. I started to get frustrated. I originally spoke to Sid and explained my very complex title situation, he assured me they could help and sent me over to Luke Luker. Luke was able to unravel the nightmare we had on a mobile home title that had an old uncleared lien on it from a company that had been sold multiple times. The title also needed to be cancelled into real property, and the original title owner was deceased. It took a few months, but he got it done. I am very satisfied with Luke's work I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased and surprised how quickly Jones Property Law stepped in to resolve my issue on an "extremely" short time line. I received a commercial lease agreement for new office space on Friday. I spent Friday and Saturday reading throught the 40 page document and realized I had many questions I needed an attorney experienced in property law to guide me with. The problem I faced was I had a meeting scheduled with the new commercial property landlord on Monday afternoon. I reached out to Jones Property Law via email on Sunday evening explaining my dilemma. I was shocked when I received an email back early Monday morning inidicating yes they could help me even on my short time line. J.T. Stevenson took my case, contacted me immediatelyl. I emailed him the contract and the two pages of questions I had typed up. He said he would get the contract reviewed with his comments addressing my questions and any additional questions he might have back to me prior to my 3:00 meeting. J.T. did exactly as he indicated. He sent his typed document with responses to me just prior to my meeting so I had time to review. I felt I was prepared to meet and discuss the Lease Agreement questions I had. Having an attorney experienced in property law review the lease agreement and provide his comments/concerns gave me great peace of mind. J.T. indicated he would be reviewing the lease agreement one more time to be certain he did not miss anything which he did and confirmed he had no new concerns. My meeting was very successful, the commercial landlord was willing to incorporate all of my requests into the final document. J.T. did follow up and wanted to know how my meeting went.I am still shocked this request of mine could be addressed in less than 24 hours?
