As your LLC’s registered agent, Jones Property Law will receive and forward mail received on your behalf. Your card on file will be billed each year for $125 until the subscription is cancelled.
However, we will NOT conduct a legal review of the mail unless you ask us to do so. If you would like us to conduct a legal review of mail received on your behalf and provide legal advice regarding the mail, you may reach out and request that we do so. However, legal advice is not an assumed part of our registered agent service.

We will forward all mail via your contact email only. We will not forward hard copies via physical mail. For this reason, please let us know if you ever change your email address, or if the primary contact person for the LLC ever changes.
