I originally spoke to Sid and explained my very complex title situation, he assured me they could help and sent me over to Luke Luker. Luke was able to unravel the nightmare we had on a mobile home title that had an old uncleared lien on it from a company that had been sold multiple times. The title also needed to be cancelled into real property, and the original title owner was deceased. It took a few months, but he got it done. I am very satisfied with Luke's work I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased and surprised how quickly Jones Property Law stepped in to resolve my issue on an "extremely" short time line. I received a commercial lease agreement for new office space on Friday. I spent Friday and Saturday reading throught the 40 page document and realized I had many questions I needed an attorney experienced in property law to guide me with. The problem I faced was I had a meeting scheduled with the new commercial property landlord on Monday afternoon. I reached out to Jones Property Law via email on Sunday evening explaining my dilemma. I was shocked when I received an email back early Monday morning inidicating yes they could help me even on my short time line. J.T. Stevenson took my case, contacted me immediatelyl. I emailed him the contract and the two pages of questions I had typed up. He said he would get the contract reviewed with his comments addressing my questions and any additional questions he might have back to me prior to my 3:00 meeting. J.T. did exactly as he indicated. He sent his typed document with responses to me just prior to my meeting so I had time to review. I felt I was prepared to meet and discuss the Lease Agreement questions I had. Quite honestly I was very surprised at the quick response that I received from Ryan when I called and requested an initial phone conference. Contacted them to get an issue resolved involving land that was fenced in with my property but not technically part of my land. They had to go to four different parties to get them to sign away rights or not contest the property take over. It took a lot of work on their behalf but they did a great job. We took control of the land with a Judge signing off. This was a big load off my mind and we can now build on the property.They updated me regularly throughout the process and were responsive to any questions I had.
